Ecoflor Installations UK is a trading name of AGVE Florman Ltd (company number 12308868), registered in England and Wales at International House, 64 Nile Street, London N1 7SR. Information we collect

Our quotation form asks for your name, company, email address, telephone number, project postcode, approximate floor area, floor system, project stage and project description. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the project description. Our hosting provider also processes technical information needed to deliver and secure this website, such as request logs and IP addresses.

Why we use it

We use your details to assess the project, respond to you, prepare a quotation and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use a quotation request to sign you up for marketing without a separate choice. Where applicable, we process the enquiry to take steps you request before a contract. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding.

Who receives it

The quotation form is provided by Tally, which processes submissions for Ecoflor and says it stores form data in Europe. Notification email is delivered to our Ecoflor Gmail account. Relevant Ecoflor staff can access enquiries. Our email and hosting providers process data needed to run those services. If a project proceeds, we share relevant details with suppliers or subcontractors only where needed to quote or deliver the work. We do not sell enquiry details.

How long we keep it

We delete unsuccessful quotation enquiries after three months. For accepted projects, we keep relevant records as long as needed to fulfil the work and meet applicable accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccurate details, or have data deleted or restricted where the law gives you that right. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact contact@ecoflor.co.uk. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently run Google Analytics. The embedded Tally form and hosting service may use technologies needed to provide and secure their services. If we add optional analytics, we will explain its cookies and provide an appropriate choice before enabling them.
